About the Chef

Chef Kin Sin Lee has traveled the world with his knife, and his eclectic culinary background and extensive training shine through at Kinemi's Kitchen.

Italian cuisine is the backbone of Chef Lee's training, but his food is influenced by a lifetime of travel and cuisine spanning 3 continents. And of course he has to cater to the discerning taste of his 3 young children.

This restaurant truly is a labour of love for his family. Kinemi's Kitchen hopes to become a dining destination in the Champlain Heights.
